Thanksgiving

As usual, snow on Thanksgiving every year! By the time Ain keluar main dah byk yg melted.

Ain knows her alphabets and numbers.
|
|
Ain first became good at numbers and alphabets at around 20 months old. She didn't just know them, she also recognized them. She has been getting better and better on it each day. Once, out of the blue, she spelled 'P.I.Z.Z.A' on a pizza box during dinner, and many times did she spell the word 'A.N.I.M.A.L.S' on her book cover. Flipping books and pointing out the alphabets is what she enjoy doing lately. However, she is yet to know the sound and what word does it make. Still, it's an achievement that makes us so proud of her.  And as in the numbers, she's counting up to 20 nowadays. Pastu ketawa, 'ha,ha,ha'...just like Count Dracula in Sesame Street. Makan Western Style at Max&Kerry's

The host served us beef steak and king crab legs. There were variety of desserts, but unfortunately I didn't try any pun. I think a few people actually brought a dish each. I myself, made some apam cantik manis (which I seriously think should be called apam kiuttt instead) and fried bihun. We left after 6pm (it was really dark by then) and headed to the mall as I need to get something before the sale is over.

Snow is here!!!

It's snowing here in Ann Arbor for the first time this winter today!  ehhhh....wait, it's not winter yet laaaa
It came for just probably 2 hours or so. The ground was still warm so the snow melted right away.

When the mommies went for an outing, the kids....

This was during one of our few outings jalan-jalan tengok dan beli barang dari kedai budak2 sampai ler ke groceries. Dah lepas pekena nasi lemak kat rumah Ayu, mommy ajaklah Ayu and Kak Liza kuar. Cuci mata sambil2 tunjuk kedai2 around AA ni sbb diorg pun baru jugak sampai AA ni. Of course la, we have to drag baby Qistina and Ain around. Ain ni kadang2 sayang kat Qistina kadang2 geram habis, sian baby, especially kalau Qistina main teddy bear dia. Aduhai la anakku....
